I was so happy with my purchase of the black heated vest and the blue heated vest. The problem is with the black heated vest 3.0. After only one wear, the black heated vest 3.0 will not click on at the site on left chest. I am disappointed greatly in this. I had only worn the vest once and put it away til the next season. So, time has lapsed for return.

Wife loved it, and the color (pink). It worked so well for her. Everyone was jealous and wanted it.

Back and forth for a replacement battery that won’t charge completely. Said they needed order number, so I sent that. Now say they need the address, it was already attached to the order number email…. Sent two more emails with no answer. Bought brand new jacket for my wife for Christmas and still cannot use. Seems to me a good customer service company would send a replacement battery immediately?? Still waiting for answer while it’s freezing cold in Michigan….. Update, company made it right.

Website is good, delivery seemed long

It was well packaged and contained in a zipper parcel. It seemed like it began heating in less than 30 seconds after being turned on!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with the person who helped me out at the start of asking about whether or not they had 3X jackets. The jacket is everything they say it is the material is way better than I expected it to feel the heating elements work awesome, oh my questions that I have ask have an answered right away I can’t say enough about the jacket. I can’t wait to buy some of the extra accessories, so don’t wait on this jacket. The price is excellent for what you get with this unit. I’ve looked at other jackets. Nothing compares to these, I am so glad that I had waited and asked the questions about getting the size I needed. I hope your experience is just as wonderful as mine so I enjoy the outdoor weather with it.

VERY happy with this jacket so far. I work outside FULL TIME. I live in Western Oregon, where we see the sun about 3 months out of the year, if we're lucky. This year has been exceptionally cold and wet. SUPER glad to have this coat. 1 thing that I wish, is that the battery lasted longer. That's my only complaint. Gotta hand it to these guys though. It's a very nice jacket for what I need it to do. Well made. Would definitely recommend.
