The site is beautiful and easy to use. When a family emergency came up so I needed a direct buy rather than keeping the ring on the site, I received an offer by the next day. John stayed in touch every step of the way and paid what they offered - no tricks! Excellent business that i would use again.

I am very pleased with my selling experience on IDNID. It took a little over a month to sell on the marketplace, but was worth the patience. Response time and customer service by IDNID is excellent. I appreciated the peace of mind of the service IDNID provides by acting as a clearinghouse for both purchaser and seller.

I was a little concerned about buying an engagement ring online but I have to say that this was an amazing experience. I was able to by a ring at 60% below retail and it's a stunning ring that I could not afford without this website. The buyers were all friendly and I recieved the ring in less that 1.5 weeks. My finance loved the ring and she said "YES". I would recommend this website to everyone I know.

I just received the ring and it's exactly what I paid for, the ring arrived fast (1 week) from the US to Mexico, no issues with customs and I'm very happy with my purchase. The seller shipped it fast and every time I called IDNID they were very helpful and I really recommend this site, fantastic service. It was the first time for me, never been happier.
