I DO NOW I DON"TReviews of idonowidont.com

This website has helped me so much with my finances and thank you. But I really think you should capitalize on making this site also into a hook-up site. Since everyone here is fed up and most likely looking to get some... Like seriously we could have it called "They Came, so now WE can"

I sold my ring through them, and when I read the reviews I panicked! I thought it was a scam or something, I thought I wasn’t going to get my money, being that I’d already sent the ring I was in literal tears. I called and spoke to a woman who said she would have someone call me back. I actually received a call back from the owner who explains that most of the negative reviews were during Covid when the world was upside down. He assured me that he would expedite the authentication process and get my check to me quickly. And he did exactly that. I truly appreciate him taking the time to alleviate my worries and would recommended using them.

The website was recommended to me by my jeweler. They were straightforward with the pricing and the process. It was very easy, and once the ring sold they gave me the option of getting a prepaid label (subtracted from my pay out of course). Once they got my ring and inspected it, my payment was approved for the next month. Got my check in the mail about a month later. They were easy to communicate with online and by phone. Would definitely sell with IDNID again if needed.

Excellent experience with both the seller and customer service; I love the ring so much!

I was very skeptical at first about selling my ring using this site but it was actually a fairly easy and convenient process. I was emailed and kept up to date throughout the entire process. They even called me to let me know that they would be mailing out my check. If you want to sell jewelry I definitely recommend using IdoNowIDont!

My experience was great, and I eventually sold my ring. Everything was handled professionally and anytime I had a question about the process they answered quickly. The process was also easy and convenient for me, nothing to worry about because they had it all figured out.

Outstanding service! I am a real customer and had a great experience! I got divorced last year and wanted to sell my wedding set. My ex paid around $15,000 for the diamond engagement ring, wedding band and mens wedding band. I took the set to a few local jewlers and was offered only $2000. I don't wear any jewlery and didn't want to keep the rings but wasn't willing to part with them for that low ball offer. I heard about I Do Now I Don't but was very concerned with the online transaction and having to mail the rings off to *** before getting paid. I did some research and even called to speak to someone. To my surprise, an english speaking person answered the phone and answered all my questions. I felt as if I had just called the corner store. I decided to give it a try and am very glad I did. I created an account, posted pictures and a description of my rings and let the bidding begin. I had heard that most jewlery only sells for 30-50% of the original cost so I had a price in mind of what I wanted. I'm not good at bartering so settled for a bit less than I wanted. Next I mailed the rings and *** documents to the address provided. The insurance was over $100 so be prepared. A few weeks later, after the commission, I received a check for $6970! That's a significant win considering the highest offer I previously had was $2000. I know it still doesn't seem right as I'm sure they were re-sold for far more but my research and experience tells me that I did pretty good. I recommend I Do Now I Don't. Very satisfied customer.

The site was recommended to me by a friend who had an excellent experience. Having searched for a ring for over 6 months it was getting very frustrating. The site has an easy, deep and well priced pieces. It’s super simple to navigate and each step is designed to make the process smooth and manageable. Communication was clear with the seller and the portal ensured that the sale/purchase was safe and succinct. The customer service and follow up is/was truly excellent. There was no hold time in waiting for a response and it’s clear they value the customers time. Well worth it and and cannot recommend highly enough. Five stars!
