I needed the ring in what was honestly a unreasonable timeline... But Josh and I do now I don't delivered BIGTIME!!! I am forever grateful to him and the I do now I don't team. If you are scared (like I was) to call and ask questions don't be! Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and knowledgeable. Give them the chance to help you find an incredible ring at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will not be shy about telling my friends.

I purchased an engagement ring for my fiance on I Do Now I Don't and had a great experience. The engagement ring was exactly as described in the listing and came packaged in excellent condition. Both the layout of the site and process of the site is simple and most importantly they authenticate the ring before you receive it. More importantly, the price I paid for the ring was unbelievable!!

I was really surprised at how easy listing my engagement ring was on this site. The customer service was so great. One of their consultants- John advised me on how much he thought my ring would sell for and helped me through the entire selling process. My ring sold within the first week! Overall, the company was very well organized and the site was easy to use. I received the check for my ring immediately. Couldn't be happier! Thanks I Do Now I Don't!

Great business idea, but so far I have been quite disappointed with these guys. After submitting a ‘Guaranteed Offer’ form/pics an engagement ring I would like to sell and waiting a few days, I never heard back. So I tried giving them a call. The first guy I spoke with had little phone etiquette and after putting me on hold a couple times told me to call back in a half hour. I later come to find that they are in fact closed in a half hour (how nice of him). So I call back instead 15minutes later to a lady who seemed nice enough but again put me on hold five different times. And when she finally transfered me to somebody (about 15minutes later), nobody picked up. Because, guess what, they are closed. Wow! Edit- shortly after writing this review I recieved my offer (coincidence? Maybe) but I did bump my star rating Up a bit as at least they did get back with me. And perhaps I just contacted them at a bad time.

This is the best site from which to purchased used jewelry, much more trustworthy than any other online website. They respond very quickly to emails if you have any questions. When I purchased jewelry through their site, they sent it with a laminated certificate for insurance at no extra charge.

I put my ring on the site and when it didn't sell I was able to go directly to them and they purchased the ring directly. They were very diligent on the shipping, making sure they were tracking its progress, and ensuring the check arrived to me in a timely manner.

I have just received my beautiful ring from I do now I don't and I absolutely love it! Thanks to this website I was able to get my dream ring for roughly 1/4 of the price I would have retail. I got the ring on my finger within the 2 week mark. The way they send their tracking info is frustrating because it does not state when the delivery date is or the actual tracking number to look it up yourself on the FedEx website. I'm not docking anything on my review though because I sent I do now I don't an email asking for the tracking and received a response within 10 minutes with the info I needed. I would recommend this site to anybody looking for jewelry that is reasonably priced! In case anybody is wondering I was able to get a 1carat total weight platinum ring for $1,000. The center stone is 1/2 carat princess cut. I was able to find the same setting at Jared's in white gold and with lower quality stones for 3,000 so I am a happy girl!

I never got a call or email about my 'guaranteed offer' items. The shipping company they use makes it hard to track the delivery of your items because it's not directly through fed ex it's a third party company. The way their shipping is setup you can't hold an item for pickup... They have to call and do it for you. I was on hold ten minutes to speak with sometime... Then got disconnected only to call back and find that they are closed! I hope i can eventually pick up my ring.
