A trusted dealer should strive to get the best possible price for clients while maintaining a high degree of transparency, professionalism and service. The 1st price I was quoted was the price they honored; no haggling or trying to whittle me down to the bone with yet another ridiculous low-ball offer. Chris was very helpful and re-assured me throughout the whole process as to exactly what was going on and what to expect next. Every one of my emails was answered quickly and in detail, usually the same day and sometimes within minutes! In the end, I was totally satisfied with the amount I got for my diamond and received a check in my mail within a week. The seller and I had good contact and even though I made the purchase right before a holiday weekend, IDNID returned my messages the following business day and had my package shipped out and overnighted to my location the following morning. I am so happy I decided to work with 'I do now I don't." I had originally gone to a jeweler to cash in my ring. I had a receipt that my ex paid $9,000 for it, the Jeweler offered me $2,000. I was able to list and sell my ring on "I do now I don't" and pocket $3400. They were easy to work with and the process was very fast and professional! Note to sellers: Although a 15% comission seems high you will pay about the same with Ebay/Paypal and you won't get the same seller protection through them!! If your buyer decides to return your ring to "I do now I don't" they get a website credit, they won't come looking for your check!! Highly Highly recommend!!

I was extremely nervous buying a ring online especially when spending over $20,000. I found a ring that would cost at least 50k for half the price and was thinking it's too good to be true. The team at I Do Now I Don't put me at ease with their process and safety and I took the plunge. The ring came exactly has described and saved me lots of money. I am still in shock that this really worked out and can't thank them enough.

My transaction went through... but the website didn't record anything. I had to call their customer service. Then I couldn't verify any of the details from the order I made because the site deleted the offer page. So I got a ring whose appraisal didn't comport to the item I ordered. Awesome. I guess that's what you get when you use a site less secure than e-Bay...
