Tons of scammers selling moissanite trying to pass it off as a diamond on this website. A simple google back image search reveals that they’re using the same photo provided from Alibaba and Etsy shops that clearly state they are moissanite. Moissanite is silicon carbide- which is a gemstone and is nowhere (and I mean NOWHERE) near the price of a diamond!! I’m finding various forms of certification are either unreliable or in on the scam. Moissanite tests positive as being a diamond when using certain tools… it appears that GIA has made numerous mistakes reporting moissanite as a diamond… IGI takes a different approach and is labeling moissanite as a “lab grown diamond” on purpose… “ IGI uses the term lab grown diamonds to refer to man-made gemstones which are optically, chemically and physically identical to natural diamonds. While this is one of several terms used for legal trade in the USA, be advised that some countries disallow those terms, requiring use of “laboratory grown diamond” (unabbreviated) or a separate term like “synthetic diamond,” to clearly differentiate the product”. The bottom line is do your research and don’t pay diamond money on a gemstone. Always ask where the diamond was purchased and for them to provide the original receipt of the retail store that they bought it from.

Your company's communication is terrible. The only reason I knew that my item had passed inspection, or that I was receiving payment was by me calling and emailing. Never was I notified by your company. That's crazy.

I had to hire a lawyer to get paid MONTHS after my ring sold. This company is a scam.

Buyers beware. We bought my engagement ring for 29k with an AIG report from their “experts” with it appraised at 52k. Upon a second appraisal for insurance the ring is at most worth 12k. The ring and package with report were fully deceiving as this was a special investment and it’s disgusting to be lied to.....

We tried to reach out to the client directly to see where they got this appraisal from or information from to address any issues. The buyer has never contacted us once about any issues and this is 4 months later since the buyer had this item in their possession. We stand by everything that passes through the website and the independent appraisal company that we have used for 12 years and 100's of millions in sales. 9 out 10 times that generally happens is they take it to a local jewelry store or in house appraiser at a store and they try to discredit the item as it was not bought from them. We have seen this many times and sometimes had to take legal action against the store for false info. It would impossible for this 5ct ring to be only worth 12K.

I signed up when they 1st came out. But as per usual in the USA, things start out great and degrade from there. Tech support is non-existant- you have to go through 1.5 hours of trying on your end to fix when they ALLOWED passwords to be compromised- then they ignore your pleas to reset your password once locked out. I am just grateful I did not post my financial info with them.

BEWARE !!! This is a total scam, as I read the reviews I’m telling you, there is one way to get your money , file a complaint in the attorney General’s office, and some other consumer help, because they don’t give a shot on BBB , only power will bring your check back

I sold my ring in October 2020 and didn’t receive payment until March 2021. They are lightning quick to correct your posting if there is the slightest inaccuracy, but they do not even bother to contact you if they are delayed on their end. The only reason I received payment was because I launched a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau. Thank goodness I didn’t rely on that payment to support me through the pandemic.
