I shopped my diamond ring around locally and was really bummed out with the offers I received. Most jewelry stores only offered me a consignment option (one had a 50% commission) and the few that offered me cash really low balled me. A co-worker told me about this website and I was able to sell my ring for twice what the jewelers offered me. Just got my check in the mail and it’s going towards my bathroom reno. Happy with the process overall and happy to be finally done with selling this ring!

Their customer service is great. I was a little last minute and my item was taking a bit to be appraised and they rushed the order for me and had it out quickly enough on next day air shipping to ensure that I would have it in time for my engagement party. They were very communicative and extremely reliable!!!

Posting on their site is easy and the experience overall was very positive. Had questions for their customer care team that were handled promptly and professionally. Would definitely recommend them.

From the start, the website is hard to navigate, outdated. The seller commissions are extremely high. 20% for $500-$5,000 The lack of communication from the company is unacceptable for shipping off expensive jewelry and having to trust they are going to hold up on their end. The whole process from date of sale Sept 02,2018 to receiving the check in the mail 09/30/2018 I never received automatic updates on the status of my transaction. No tracking number sent for the check. The customer service emails are extremely unprofessional. Does not feel like they give a rats a- - about their customers experience. And if there are Jewish holidays, don’t expect them to send out an update about the gemologist lab being closed. Overall, I’d rather go to a pawn shop and be done with it. Horrible experience. Go somewhere else who is up to speed on how businesses should operate in 2018

I began this process skeptical as a seller. The diamond I was selling had been appraised two different times by reputable appraisers and both were extremely impressed with it. I posted it for sale and was getting offers at less than 25% the retail which I did not accept. Finally, I got an offer at 30% of the retail price and I relented and accepted. With much, much much hesitation I sent the ring. They came back 6 days later and the seller then offered me half the original offer because it appraised two levels below on color. Seriously, sorry,but I don't believe it. Delgatto makes a commission and they're trying to tell me my diamond is not as good as the professional claimed it was. Sorry, I'm not buying into that. I demanded my diamond be sent back and now I'm terrified that it won't be my original diamond. I'll never use a service like this again, too shady and you don't have any deposits or guarantees that your jewelery is safe. I'm hoping I get the same ring back and now will have to go and get it re-appraised to see if it is the same. I took tons of pics and so did the original appraiser. I hope I can recoup my losses. Never again.

I was very sceptical and a little nervous making a five figure purchase on a website however it was the best decision I could have made. From my initial enquires through to post purchase the I Do Now I Don’t team were amazing. This was even down to ensuring when I had a super tight collection window which involved me only being in the country for a few days the team made sure it all went to plan. What was most amazing was there was a teensy hiccup (not related to delivery) and was honestly minuscule and not an issue but I raise it to highlight how responsive the team were and even the CEO contacted me to make sure my experience was a positive one. It really was very positive and I’m now looking forward to making my next purchase - honestly the best way to buy jewellery.

After trying to sell my ring for over 5 months I found I Do Now I Don’t. Ring sold for my asking price in only 2 weeks. This was also and expensive ring that sold for $12,000 so I was surprised how quick it sold. I just received payment and could not be happier.

I am also having issues with payment. I have sold 5-6 items and only once was payment received in a timely fashion. I recently sold a pair of earrings to a repeat customer. She received them on April 24 and it is now May 10th and I still haven't received payment. Calling customer service is as much fun as having teeth pulled, so I only email now. 2 orders ago it took well over 30 days after the customer received the item, several emails and phone calls to get the check cut . While this has great potential, it does not live to what it could be for sellers. I have no idea what it's like for a buyer, as they seem to get the products.
