Great customer service! I was contacted by Iris in regards to a duplicate order. The duplicate was cancelled and the Icepure water filter was delivered. We have ordered several of these filters for our sink filter system and they are great.

I purchased the wrong Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator Water filters and they processed a full refund and offered a 10% discount on refund amount or next order. Icepure has the best water filters on the market due to the excellent testing procedures, quality, taste, and filter cost.

Love this filter! This filter was the whole house carbon block, 1 micron. CTO10BB Every filter in the past with other companies don’t even last long. So far it’s been 3 months and the water is great! Finally no chlorine smell! With other filters it would last a few weeks and you could smell the chlorine again. Will definitely be buying these for now on!

Ice maker on our water cooler stopped working only a couple months after purchase. I have emailed customer service twice now with no reply back. Edit: I have emailed service@ icepurefilter.com twice with no reply back.
