Water tastes horrible. Ice dispenser is not as advertised. I purposely chose this one to avoid having to scoop ice manually for hygiene purposes in our office.

I bought filters before from another company and they were supposed to fit my refrigerator but did not. These fit perfectly and were very affordable

So tired of getting ripped off with high prices at Pinch-A-Penny. Looked for an alternative and was so fortunate to find your company with fair prices and quick service. Thank you for not joining the “let’s rip off our customers” club and blame it on the supply chain.

I spent 500$ on a water dispenser that doesn't work. Customer support is horrible. I've had the icepure system 1 week and can't get appropriate help via email. No phone support available. Sofia helped for awhile but had disappeared the last few days. Order # 19806.

The products were fine. The shipping is why I gave three stars. Took much longer than it should have to receive.

After they checked and found out they didn't send me the system I ordered they are sending me a complete system and making it right.

Received product quickly and exactly what I needed. Thankyou

Cost effective, good replace for Wider filter currently on use.
