I had placed an order for 4 water filters, four air filters and a reset tool through Amazon. Amazon directed me to contact supplier (Icepure), I did so and got ahold of Aurora. After a week of emails that took a day or two to get responses from. They were not able to send me a reset tool and in fact after being of no help at all. Asked me to put a review on here. So here it is. Not a happy customer at all. Terrible support for a tool that is likely worth $0.50. I was offered to make a return to Amazon from Aurora and replace it, in hopes the tool would be in second one. This after I had said, "I have install an air and water filter from the package. So I cannot return it. You would think there would be a better solution than that. Last email was sent to Aurora Feb 10 saying yes if a replacement can be made by whatever means pleas go ahead and start the process. As of that day. No email from Icepure or Aurora. Feb 27 2025 Update. I had heard again from Icepure and Aurora has made everything right in fact better than right. She has managed to get me a reset tool and a bonus set of two filters for my troubles. Thank you so much. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Thanks again Aurora. Nice to know there are still companies out there that care about their customers.

Excellent product. Great flow rate. Replaced a Kholer filter system that leaked. Iris at Customer Care was quick to respond to question that I had. Would recommend as a good product for a good price.

Icepure customer service was top notch with a quick response and resolution to my issues. Would recommend without hesitation.

I only had a minor issue with my order of the filters, by not including the two air filters in the double package. The box after being unwrapped and opened only had one filter in it. I emailed the support team, and Aurora responded quickly. Once I provided a little more info, she was able to take care of the situation immediately. Definitely had an overall good experience.

Great customer service from Iris when I was concerned I had received the incorrect refrigerator water filters due to their size and a different product number. Iris assured me the filters were the correct ones and she was right!! Thank you for your assistance, Iris.

Great Customer Service! The team at IcePure was very responsive to my inquiry for help with a water filter quality issue. They promptly attempted to resolve my issue and offered replacements when troubleshooting did not fix the issue.

I have been using Icepure filters for some time now and was always happy with quality and value. In the last batch I purchased, I had an issue with a filter that was not working properly. I contacted customer support and was helped promptly by Aurora. Icepure replaced the filters. They really stand behind their product.
