I've been using the ICEPURE filter for a couple of years now. Recently I had an issue with the filter but thankfully Aurora helped resolve the issue. She was very helpful and patient.

We are purchasing filters for the last couple of years. In general filters work great but roughly 2 out of 10 have low flow issue. The good thing is that the ICEPURE helps to resolve issues and if it is not helping they send a replacement.

Love my water cooler. Hate the fact that my ice maker is no longer working about 14 months after purchase. I looked around online and finally reached out to CS. They were helpful and got back to me every time much quicker than I ever expected. We are still using our water dispenser for hot/cold/room temp water but sadly no ice. Machine I would give 3 starts, CS and helpfulness 4 stars..so averaging and rounding up I rate this product a 4 star.

I ordered a 3 pack of filters from Amazon and overall I am very pleased. The filters are a lot less expensive than name brand replacements. Their customer service rep (Aurora) was really great at correcting an issue I had with one of the filters and sent me a replacement.

IcePure is an easy company to work with if the item received is incorrect for any reason. The filtered water is just as pure as the OEM filters the fridge companies sell, at a much better price. I trust IcePure

Iris was great! Even though my 6 units were out of warranty, she replaced them because they had a defective part.
