Had to wait until son-in-law could hook it up for me only to find it wouldn't work with plumbing in my apt. Now it says I only had 7 days to return ! Not good.

No return policy! What a waste My money and the filters are both wasted due to a mistake in the filter i ordered.

I got filters that did not work. They asked for a video of me installing them so I did showing they did not work. Then I never heard from them again.

I purchased these filters and once received the filters don’t fit. I requested a refund however, was told I don’t know how to install the filtets for a refrigerator I have owned for 5 years. They ate requiring that I video tape my attempt at installing the filters before I can receive a refund. This is ridiculous!! I need the filter and am still looking for my refund! BAD Service

Bought a new unit. Got it and it was missing a small magnetic piece that is needed to operate the machine. They sent me a replacement magnet that got it to run. Days after, the machine stopped and the small magnet was no where to be found. They sent me a new one and I also needed the hardware to change the swing of the door (that was not included) and the suction when you close the door was not sealing great. After going back 60 days and begging for a return, they finally admitted that they have issues with this model and asked me if I could wait 60 days for the new version (basically admitting the current version was a lemon). I requested my money back. They required that I send back the unit so I requested a mailing label. Since it was over 60 days, the original packing material was gone. It costed 17 dollars for a box and 20 for them to pack it . I requested this also to be refunded since the unit was a lemon and they said this in numerous emails. With that said, I never go the money for packing and the service and quality was horrible. I never write reviews but I would recommend staying away from this brand.

It may have been my mistake, but I ordered the replacement filters for my mom and her refrigerator is a GE and I thought I ordered the right one but I received the RWF0500A-AL and I need the RWF0600A-AL I didn't open the shrink wrapped cartons and I was hoping to exchange them if possible

You sent the wrong filter . I tried to let you know but could not ,for some reason . so I stopped payment on my charge.

I didn’t get what I expected and got charged twice for another rgar I didn’t receive.
