Gaming headsets are unreliable. Got the hyperx alpha pro s but after a month the left side suddenly stopped working. Poor customer service. Shouldve been the best headset cos of audio quality

Worst service I've ever seen. They don't want to help, I sent the video and over ten photos they asked for. All the time I get an e-mail that something is missing or that I have to send photos again .

I bought headset Hyperx Cloudx Stinger Core (779 CZK = 31€ or 32$) and the headphones just doesnt work at all, I pluged in and nothing happen, so I tried downloading some drivers which doesnt even exist for these headphones, so I tried plug it into my phone and no sound, so I went to my friend and try those headphones in his PC and again nothing, then we tried to plug it insinde a Xbox and again nothing, I dont know but this is not how it should work, Okay China might be cheaper but damn the quality? I bet they doesnt even test the headphones when they go the market, last time I paid for this brand.

I've had my Hyperx Cloud 2 headset for 6 years now, i originally bought them back in the fall of 2016, and they've worked flawlessly since then. I've only really had to replace the earpads recently, because they had become very torn and worn out. But after i replaced them, it almost feel like a whole new headset! The microphone is pretty average but it gets the job done. Personally i've not used it much as i instead use an external microphone. The only qualm i have with this headset, isn't really the headset itself, but the weird surround-sound dongle that came with the package, it broke very quickly and it always sounded weird. Other than that, the headset is very high-quality and durable!

Just purchased a HyperX Gaming Headset off currys pc world for £16.00 which is an amazing price. The headset is such a great headset just can't express it.

UNBELIAVABLE, i have purchaced a keyboard, hyperx alloy origins core and the hyperx app on the pc does not recognize it, as a result i cant costumize the rgb. I tried to chat with many people because they werent helping me, they told me to to several things such as restarting my pc, reinstalling the programm even delete some other apps....... Nothing worked, they asked for a screenshot of proof that i had deleted the apps, i sent to them via emal and no aswer for almost a day now.... Give me my money back or change the problematic keyboard...

har haft mit headset i lige kort 1 år, og dog alt fungere helt fint, udover ledningen er helt vild med at krylle sig sammen, det største problem jeg har er at, efter et kort år stopper højre side af headsettet med at virke, og så er det altså svært at spille noget der kræver surrand sound. dog billigt headset men ikke prisen værd.
