This is regarding the HyperX alloy origins keyboard. The quality is alright, except for the fact that the keys fall of very easily. The reason I am giving such a bad review is because of the hardware. I have experienced many times that I was unable to type anything and I had to unplug and replug the keyboard. But today it was even worse. Somehow, the keyboard had not updateded together with a windows update, so it was spamming code and typing the completely wrong letters. I tried with my old keyboard, and it worked perfectly. I know HyperX can do alot better, but this keyboard was really a flop for me.

Don't get me wrong, I've owned a few of their products. I had to get one RMAed due to my keyboard not working at all, their customer service is pretty good. Their headsets? Avoid wireless like the plague and you should be fine.

Customer Support does not exist, on contact us link they have turned off email support and ask you to contact them on their social media accounts. In doing so your then fobbed off when they tell you to contact HP Store even though you've purchased directly through the Hyper X store. Will definitely NOT be ordering from these again, terrible

The manual that came with my headphones lists a webpage for support. That link is dead. They were bought 1 month ago. How can you not check the link on your merch is even working? Additionally when I then get to the site their customer service says their email is down. This is the sort of nonsense you expect from a scam company.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT BUY ANY HEADSETS FROM HYPERX! It will 100% break within a few months at most. Than if you try to contact support they will fight with you and will not help you after you spend 250$ on a headset. Will never buy a hyperx product for the rest of my life.

Great customer service! I have a HyperX wireless headset. Recently I realised my USB pairing key got bent, and I wrote a e-mail to HyperX. They were fast to respond, and they sent me a new USB without charging me anything. A few days later and I received it with the mail. Just amazing customer service :)

I’ve had this headset for a year now and the battery time is now around 2 hours, it also makes crackling noises sometimes.

My mic was broken and they sent a new one. Thank you so much for customer support.
