Horrible customer service. I ordered the Hyperice Hypervolt on 12/18 with a guarantee of express shipping so that the product would arrive by Christmas. Not only was it extremely difficult to reach customer service via phone or chat, but when I did, they were of no help. They apologized for the system having problems and let me know they would ship my order priority overnight on the 23rd for delivery next day. Here I am on Christmas Eve with no tracking information and no present for Christmas. I’d recommend another company with a similar product like TimTam or Theragun. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company.

I purchased mine in August and was very happy with the product initially. Then in the last week the hyper volt quit charging. Plug it in but no charging. Using the original charger. When you call customer service it goes straight to voicemail any day or time. Encourages you to use website to chat or send an email. The chat function doesn’t work on the website and I emailed on Sunday, Wednesday and today (Thursday) with no response. I am sure someone will reply and tell me they are sorry to hear about my problem and contact customer service, but that’s the issue, you can’t contact them

Seems like I’m not the only one with issues with ordering a Hypervolt from the Black Friday sale this year. I’m surprised that it’s been two weeks without a response from customer service, an updated time of delivery and frankly any indication that this will ever ship. I’ve reached out to the support email, online inquiry with no response to any of those. At this rate I would recommend to avoid ordering direct from the website and go through a distributor.

Got my order cancelled by their payment company and now I had to buy another one full price. I have gotten no answers despise the several customer service claims I've made asking to get the product that I bought at the price that I got it originally for black Friday. Lastly, I have not gotten any shipping info or updates as to why I'm not getting my product or getting any answers. This has been extremely poorly handled, I had to come here to see they are in backorder instead of just emailing all pending customers with what's going on, keeping us in the dark won't really solve anything, in fact it'll make it even more frustrating.

Sadly I'm having the same issues with customer service experience as everyone else. I ordered 12/1 and although I got a tracking number, it clearly shows UPS still hasn't received the package 12 days later. I've called with no response. I emailed 3 times and the only response I received from Alexis was to "be patient with UPS". Clearly this is not a UPS issue - stop blaming it on the carrier. I'm cancelling the order, contacting my credit card company for fraud, getting a KraftGun and moving on.

Same experience. What a shame ... I placed order 12/1 and I aswell have not received an email, no return call and sent an email days ago and no response. This was a very important Xmas gift and I Cannot get a hold of anybody and at this point I am going to call my bank for farudulent activity AND have them reverse the charges if I dont hear anything by the end of the day. They sure didnt waste anytime billing the day of the order, but not confirmation, return call or email. BAD BUSINESS.

So far I have had terrible luck with their customer service. I placed an order 10 days ago, I still have not received any shipping information so I emailed their customer service 4 days ago and no reply, tried again yesterday, no reply. I have tried calling the number multiple times but I am always told they are busy and to leave a message. I understand high order volume due to holidays/black friday but a response would be nice. I intended for this to be a Christmas gift, but I am feeling doubtful that it will get here in time... EDIT since their reply I FINALLY got ahold of someone, they told me that it left their warehouse but isn't moving due to holiday traffic, and provided me with a tracking number. UPS has no record of the package and the only tracking info available is that the label was created and not that it ever was actually shipped. day 14 since placing my order and I'm back to square 1 trying to get a response via phone or email.. very frustrated. I would not recommend ordering from this company. order your massage gun through a 3rd party vendor instead, or choose a different company.

Don't trust them. I ordered my product on 12.2.19 and paid for express shipping and have heard nothing since. I emailed them a few days ago just to inquire about their general shipping times/speed, and got no response. Sent another message this morning and still haven't heard anything. They charged me in full the day I made the order. The company doesn't appear to be trustworthy. I could have ordered from best buy and gotten free next day delivery. Update based on response: I can certainly understand a delay due to an increase in sales around black friday. What I don't understand is the lack of response to both of my inquiries, and then you giving me a link for your contact information to send you another inquiry. Why should I be going out of my way to send you a third inquiry when you haven't responded to the first two!! And how do you have time to respond on here if you are too busy to respond to customer inquiries? More time is passing, my product has not been shipped, and I've still received no response. No, I'm not going to go out of my way to send you a third inquiry. I've wasted enough of my time.
