I have been dealing with Tristan Essary (mainly) and Jared Gould and have had nothing but a great experience. I work at a private high school as the head athletic trainer and if something goes wrong or I need some help, they are there with a quick response and the best advice they can give. If they did not know the answer, they found one. It is not necessarily the answer that I want, but it was a real answer that has always left me feeling like they are doing everything they can to help and they care about the customer experience. I definitely recommend them and will continue to use their products in the future.

I have been using their HyperSphere product for years. It's not only an effective device, but the manufacturer really stands behind their product if it stops working. Breanna was awesome. I highly recommend their product quality and customer service.

The Hyperice is well and truly amazing, it's a world-class company for sports, fitness, and recovery. I just bought my leg compression and it's a brilliant device. I just purchased my locum compression from the website. It works very well and, equally and most importantly, customer service is beyond world class. I accidentally bought the wrong open box item. Sales are supposed to be final on open box items but Yoshua, the customer service representative that helped me, was able to cancel for me anyway before the item shipped. I meant to buy a more expensive model so getting the money back was a win. And Yoshua made it easy. It gives me faith that if other issues arise I’ll be taken care of. Great service and awesome tech. I have the Nike slides Nike boots and the HyperIce X 2 Knee is on the way.
