As a nurse, these boots really changed the game in terms of my recovery. Within 6 months the zipper did break, however customer service was quick and responsive and sent me a replacement within 48hours of request. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will be buying from them in the future!

I am a Hyperice customer owner of Venom Back and Hyperice Knee. Purchased the Hyperice 2x for the shoulder on a Friday, used the pick up service at BestBuy no issues at the store in and out. Charged it up overnight started therapy on Saturday morning, very solid and well built product it just didn’t fit with my individual anatomy. Called customer service (Jack) first thing Monday morning had a RMD label 15 minutes after the call with a confirmation email. Dropped it off at the shipper on Tuesday, received an email from customer service (Jack) on Thursday that it arrived and he was processing the return. Way to go Jack and Hyperice TEAM. After 7 months of active use, my Hyperice vyper didn't work properly any more. Hyperice customer service has done a great job. They asked for information about this and ordered me a replacement.

I emailed support about two products that I picked up at IronMan events years ago and wore out (HyperIce Knee & HyperVolt) and in both cases they were will to either fix or upgrade. I opted to upgrade both units for a couple hundred bucks and appreciate that you take care of loyal customers… good customer service is hard to find these days… thanks!

I purchased the original Hyperice Massage gun years ago. When I discovered that the battery would no longer take a charge, I reached out to Customer Service. I was informed that my unit was no longer supported, but I could purchase the next generation massage gun for roughly the cost of a replacement battery. I received the new gun in less than a week. Phenomenal Customer Service. I’m a customer for life.

I have been using the venom two belt with heat and massage. It has been fantastic for helping loosen up my back. I had several fusion surgeries and this belt really helped. Would also like to thank customer service for being quick to respond to my concerns. I highly recommend this company and their quality products.
