I bought a few products from them but recently my heater had a malfunction that I couldnt prevent. I reached out to hygger and they identified my issue and after realizing it was some electronic failure they sent me a new one to replace the one that broke saving my tank. They make great products and they have even better customer service.

I was using the Hygger 660 gph pump for several years to clean my small pond. It worked perfectly for 6 years until it finally broke recently. I replaced it with the Hygger 1060 gph pump from Amazon. The first time I used it, unfortunately, there was some manufacturing defect with the center post inside the impeller assembly. So when I used it for the first time, that post broke. Unfortunately, it was outside Amazon's 30 day return policy. So I contacted Hygger directly and told them what happened. Their customer service is outstanding. They sent me a whole new impeller assembly for no charge. I really appreciate it.

What a great service! Offered an aquarium lamp and the power supply was faulty. They shipped the replacement after a nice chat witz the customer service. It arrived quickly here in Germany. They even asked if the shipping was successful and if it works now. Best customer service!

I have yet to use the product but I had a very specific request and support got back to me right away and confirmed exactly the product I needed. I’m impressed it was capable and for such an affordable price. I wanted full spectrum lights to be on during the day for my plants with the ability to have another timer to turn on purple/pink lights for a couple hours at night for my wife to look at the fish in her favorite colors then turn off automatically at night. Had an issue with the CO2 generator pump not working. Contacted support. They answered promptly and asked that I submit a short video of the problem. I did and the company sent out a brand new unit in short order. New unit worked perfectly! Thank you again for excellent customer service.

My aquarium light from Hygger had failed. I bought it on Amazon and looked into a refund, but Amazon only has a 30 return policy. So, I thought that was that. But through AI I discovered they had a 2-year warranty on this product. I found the email address, wrote with a description of the problem, etc. And after the diagnosised the problem via an email exchange, a video, and a pic, I had a new light in hand within a couple of days. It was that easy! The customer service was very helpful, polite, and in my corner. Thank you Hygger!

I've always loved Hygger anything and on the rare occasion something went wonky, their customer service was top notch. I've always had their heaters and will stand by them. They were extremely fast in responses and helped me with my issues. You've got a customer for life!
