HydroMateUSAReviews of hydromate.com

A little pricey for the Quality. I loved the look and size but the plastic was very cheap. I dropped it on the ground and it SHATTERED! I loved it and was so sad BUT then I realized quality plastic shouldn’t shatter into pieces from hitting the ground maybe a foot up.

I was drinking 2-3 MONSTERS a day .. I seen Hydromate and fresh fruit water and it looked refreshing.. I had a headache for 2 days after the sugar withdrawal and then the Natural end kicked in with other attributes that kicked in..shin looked replenished, itchy skin started clearing up after 3 weeks . I CRAVE WATER !!!! and is it Just me or does water have a taste 🤔 * Thanx Hydromate for giving me a schedule to drink , it really helps a busy person with staying on track !

Bought this water bottle. Lasted only 3 weeks until the straw broke. I contacted customer service and they said I would need to purchase another cap. Even though the cap was inexpensive, it's the point. They should stand by their product, which they don't.... which is probably because it's garbage.

I’ve always struggled to drink enough water. I came across Hydromate and with my bottle, I ONLY drink water now. It’s super convenient and great quality. I got my husband and mom one and even gave one as a gift. I needed a replacement piece and contacted customer service. They responded the SAME day! I highly recommend it.

I am almost certain all the good reviews about hydromate are from people who were paid for their review. I did my homework on ordering quality water bottles and I was sold by everything I read and it is all lies. These are cheap and low quality. And even with the insulation bag they don't keep it cold. These water jugs actually make me miserable so I'm not even going to use them. Just an expensive piece of trash and I was stupid and ordered 2 of them. There are way better quality bottles and jugs available for cheaper so don't be fooled by the phony reviews. Everything that these claim is false and they don't accept returns when ordering directly from their site. I am addicted to water bottles and I promise these are the worst ever! I'm so disappointed and would never suggest that anyone get these hydromate motivational jugs.

I was using this bottle for 3 weeks and the cap broke! The plastic is not good quality at all. I tried emailing the company just to see if they would send me a new cap back. And they replied with “there are caps for purchase on our website but we are out of stock right now”... to me that is not good customer service at all.

I received my first HydroMate about 2 weeks and I love it. I am making a lifestyle change and drinking more water has really encouraged that. I purchased the gallon jug and I’ve been able finish a gallon of water everyday for the past two weeks. Not only is it fun to look at but the encouragement from start to finish helps encourages me to finish it. With all that said it so convenient and makes it easier for me to consume my water everyday. No I have one at work, at home and I also bought one for my fiancé. Well worth it!!

I was tired of buying gallons of water for work and new you can’t re use the jugs for a long time. So I needed something and Hydromate was it! Especially because the markings help keep you on track. Super affordable and Easy ordering came in less than a week!
