Aleisha Brower was very professional and knowledgeable on how to address the Major issue i was calling in for. I was very unhappy but her interaction not only de escalated the situation but made sure she followed through and through on what was needed to be done to make me a happy customer.

The sales part was great. I was given a list of things I'd likely need for install and that was awesome. I asked twice for a very rough ETA on delivery as I had a bunch of small trips planned. Nothing. I only found out it was on the way when the shipping company called the day prior to delivery - they were great. For whatever reason my order can't be linked to my account and any warranty info is (seemingly) difficult to find. I hope I won't need it but it seems from a consumer perspective this would be easy to find. Called about the wifi dongle and the tech wasn't familiar with the model (ACIQ) but was great and we jointly figured it out.

The best way I can describe my experience with this company is WOW! From my order to my delivery to my return of excess, this company has corresponded politely and articulately. I can’t say enough good about this company. Their customer service and products are amazing. Please keep up your old school integrity.

I recently ordered 2 systems ( Goodman). Before they shipped I received a call from solutions department. The man I spoke to explained. the units were on backorder. It could be a few weeks before being able to ship the ordered units. When I placed the order the site indicated these units were in stock. The man went on to say that he was offering an upgrade with the same equipment. I accepted after talking to the owners of the home I am building. Not what I received. I received American Pride units. I spoke with my A/C co. They explained that the units while made by Goodman are not an upgrade. He said they are builder grade. Now I am stuck with a 13,000.00 purchase, which included a fireplace that is what I ordered. Don't fall for this. Kevin Davis .

We attempted to call you after seeing this review. All Goodman units have American Pride listed very prominently on all of their boxes. The units you received are Goodman units. You can also verify by looking at the manufacturer listed on the spec tag on the unit itself for verification. The difference in model numbers is that we upgraded your units from a discontinued model to the new units Goodman started producing in January. These are not builder grade units but instead the newer units that meet the new SEER2 regulations that went in to place at the beginning of the year.

I purchased a full system with them in early April and had a great experience. There was a small delay early on with my order and they reached out to me immediately to let me know and kept me informed throughout the process. My stuff delivered last week and we got it installed yesterday, would definitely recommend!
