Was very naïve and didn’t understand the wholesale HVAC business was ecstatic to find out I could buy my own unit and save myself thousands and thousands of dollars in replacement cost delivery was a little slow, but I think it was weather related otherwise it was a great buying experience with HVAC direct

My experience with HVAC direct was exceptional. Everything, the ordering and delivery went smoothly without a hitch. I would definitely recommend them for reordering again in the future. Thanks.

Looks like a quality product. It will be a while before it's in operation as the R&R is slow going. CS changed the width size, order change went through and I received the right product for my project. Good Customer Service and follow through. Now contemplating buying the matching AC Coil & Compressor.

Fast service and reasonable prices. The unit I ordered was damaged in shipping, but was determined to be cosmetic. A $50 concession was offered and accepted, but that basically covered my time to get it back to how it should have been. Nothing like a brand new dent in a brand new furnace. Not HVAC direct's fault, it happens. A bit frustrating but the unit works great.

Paid $3700 for a wood burning stove a month ago. Still haven't received it. Reached out to customer service after the estimated shipping day passed, and after a day or two received a response that it's still out of stock with the wholesaler. Still not sure if it will ever come or if we will have to request a refund. So little communication from hvacdirect that we actually started to worry we had been scammed, and that they were not a legitimate business. They also haven’t offered any additional help, discount, refund- anything to make it right.

Thank you for your purchase, as well as your feedback. We apologize for the delay on your purchase. As a representative of the manufacturer, and due to the nature or logistics and manufacturing, some unforeseen delays may occur. We do provide this information in our listed terms and conditions. Though we do stock most of our products in our own warehouses, some items are shipped directly to our customers from a manufacturer supplier; unfortunately, we are unable to control or foresee delays that may occur with direct shipments. I see that the order has since been shipped, and tracking information has been provided to you. Again, we appreciate your feedback and hope you have a great day!

It was super easy to order and got here very quickly. I will have to say I was disappointed in the shipping company which is no fault of HVACDirect. They didn't even knock or ring the doorbell. They just dropped off the package and left without me signing anything. I don't think this is how that is suppose to be done. The unit is amazing and I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you so much HVAC Direct!! You have a customer for life!!

Love that we have an option like this! Kevin was super helpful in sizing and selecting equipment for my home. Kevin provided some good options for finding and selecting a qualified installer that will work with equipment they don't sell.
