Christina was very helpful in assisting with order verification. My experience was very pleasant and I will return for more equipment in the future.

Placed an order for a condenser and evaporator on Sunday, condenser arrived without a scratch on Thursday, the Evap is coming by UPS today as well. very quick shipping. Pricing is good. website is easy to move about.

System replacement was flawless! Everything works as it should. Thank you!

Renee Goode Helped me solve an issue with my delivery quickly and she was pleasant to deal with.

I am not a professional, so I needed a little help along the path of ordering and getting the proper equipment. Jessica was awesome in the order department. When I had a little hickup in the shipping, minor damage to one component, Miguel and Kenya were very quick to find a satisfactory resolution. I am VERY impressed with the quality of service and the fast shipping from HVAC Direct. These folks are AWESOME!!!

Amanda was great!
