Ordered a 12000 btu mini split. Later found out they sold out. Amanda offered me same brand, a slightly larger unit at same price. It was delivered on time in perfect condition. Directions were great and we started it up today. cools great.

Amanda listened to my problem, a need for product documentation. The info was sent via email promptly.

I received the wrong heater after double checking it was the right one... I kept emailing to figure out when the replacement would arrive and couldn't get a straight answer. I received it on Friday (luckily I had somebody home to unload it) and the bottom is all dented. I already had to return once so I will straighten it out and use it because I can't fathom dealing with replacing it yet again. Probably more on the lines of shipping then the company entirely, and to the companies credit they did take the old one back and resolved my issue, I just never knew when I would receive the new one. Overall, triple check its the right product and check to make sure the item isn't damaged as soon as it arrives (if you know when that is). I am hoping I have better luck installing then I did receiving!

Extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive staff. It's amazing knowing that a live person will answer a customer service call without having to go through a hassle of button pushing or being on hold. Part of my order included a 50 line which was missing from order. Turns out it was out of stock, so (2) 25ft lines with couplers were immediately sent in lieu of, which I'm fine with. I would certainly buy from HVAC direct again, and I tell everyone I know that this is the go to company to deal with. I'm more than happy with my order. Thank you guys, and keep up the good work.
