PRICING DIFFERENCES
Product looks interesting, but why are there so many different prices for the same item (Hugterra, Amazon, Walmart, E Bay)?

Regarding the price variations across different platforms, we would like to inform you that even though some products may look similar, they are just copycats of our product, and the quality is much worse. We tested countless other versions, and we can say that ours is the best one. Instead of buying a new product every month, you can buy 1 that will last you for at least 1 year, you save money long-term, which is much more convenient

Scam This product is nothing more than a…
This product is nothing more than a vibrator, and if you want to return it be ware of the return policy. Even though they have a US address and was shipped within the US, they won’t refund you unless you ship it to Belgium and they are not responsible for shipping costs. Talk about a big scam. Please don’t buy it. If you must have this product then buy from Amazon, it’s only $39.99????? Makes you wonder

SCAM
SCAM! I looked up the neurologist that is supposedly the developer of the product and nothing could be found. The company is very shady. It promised to send a pillow with my Hugterra machine. The pillow never came. If you want to return the product they require you to return it to Belgium stating that is where it ships from. Although, my machine shipped from Texas. Also, the Hugterra website does not allow me to write a review on their actual website. Very interesting that they have thousands of high rated reviews and I am unable to write one! SHADY! SHADY! SHADY! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Had couple questions
Had couple questions. Customer service was great. I'm still new into using the product, But so far it's working as it should and was described. Neck and shoulder pian not a 100% gone, but definitely help

Nice but didn’t work for me
I tried this item and it was not as comfortable for me since I have a tight neck and shoulders. The customer service department was very helpful and responded to my concerns via email quickly. Even though I was not able to get a full refund according to the contract, since the item came in to the US internationally and would have cost more than the item to ship back, the CSR offered me a credit for part of the order and I can give it to someone I know.
