Love the product. Worked first day for me. Soothed my sore neck. Did stop working after a few weeks but customer service is send a new one for free. Great customer service.

I have a pinched nerve in my neck and this device has really helped, although I've only used it for 2 weeks.

No good return option
‘Hugterra’s website advertises a “60 day moneyback guarantee.” They state that this is a “risk free trial.” I was not satisfied with the device and requested a return; however they stated that I would need to ship to Belgium at my own expense. They offered me a 30% discount. There is nothing risk-free about losing $100 on their product.

Due to advanced disc degenerative disease and facet’s syndrome, my neck and head are in constant pain. My husband encouraged me to buy your product, and I am shocked at how much it helps! I set the heat on 3, EMS on 3 and vibration on 1. Perfect for me! And the built in timer is an added convenience. I highly recommend.

This company is a RIP OFF
This company is a RIP OFF. The massager is nothing more than a childs toy. A cell phone vibrates more then this. They claim they will refund your money but you have to pay to ship it back. The return shipping cost more the the massager.. DO NOT BUY THIS.. IT'S A PIECE OF JUNK....

Great Device
This worked for me from the first go, I have had chronic neck pain for the past 15 years and I find that this device softens up my neck muscles which normally restricts a lot of my movement and relieves the pain. I have recently started fitness training again and I use it beforehand to loosen and warm up my neck, a quick 15min pre-training ritual has left me with significantly less post-training stiffness.
