I believe I have found the best tool on the market!
I believe I have every physical therapy gizmo for dealing with chronic neck pain. This past August of 2024, I had a spine surgeon perform a cervical anterior decompression and fusion on my neck. It has been a long ordeal showing up PT twice a week for 90 minutes. Along the way I developed occipital neuralgia, pain that derives from C1 spine and radiates back of the head to the top of my head. I am on pain medication but the pain continues. I needed relief! The Hugterra is my go to when I am in a lot of pain. I love that it gives my neck a little stretch, provides heat and massage to to pain. I would use it all day if o could. Heat, massage and EMS (Tens) stimulation gives me relief.

This company is top shelf. I had a minor issue and they quickly addressed. Highly recommend Hugterra. My neck has never felt better!!!

Good Customer Service Dept.
I tried this item and it was not as comfortable for me since I have a tight neck and shoulders. The customer service department was very helpful and responded to my concerns via email quickly. Even though I was not able to get a full refund according to the contract, since the item came in to the US internationally and would have cost more than the item to ship back, the CSR offered me a credit for part of the order and I can give it to someone I know.

Didn't work out for me - but customer service was great
I have a particularly bad neck situation and have tried many options. I hesitated a bit at first to purchase the Hugterra as most contraptions cause more pain. But because of the return policy I went ahead. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. However they have been particularly helpful in assisting me with the return so I would still recommend the purchase even if you have some doubts.

I have been having neck pain for months
I have been having neck pain for several months. My chiropractor suggested a similar product without the massager. Similar shape so when my Hugterta arrived before his recommendation I was thrilled. I use it daily. Usually 2 times per day. I get great relief from it. Helps with my neck fatigue. Easy to use both with and without remote. I contacted customer service regarding an issue and they responded promptly and took care of the issue.

Great Customer Service
Neck massager arrived promptly. It works great. Instructions are clear. I get monthly chiropractic treatments on my neck, including heat and EMS. This unit will enable similar to treat my neck more frequently, plus provide massage treatment. I contacted customer service regarding an issue with the remote. Customer service responded immediately and, ultimately, sent out a replacement remote control device. Great device for use at home.
