I found the instructions to be unclear and confusing. After the first use one of the ball-barings fell out and could not be replaced. I requested a refund. I was told I would have to pay for shipping it back, which would be very expensive. So they offered a 50% refund and I could keep the item if I left them a 5 star review! I refused to do that. They insist that I must write a review so here are my 2 stars. It probably should be one star, but they let me keep the machine which I may use occasionally, but I am not particularly impressed with it. Although polite in their communications, I found their demands unnecessary and annoying.
