I had received the Hugterra which I…
I had received the Hugterra which I tried using and was helpful for my neck pain. Due to my earlier health conditions of my shoulder, I am unable to use it. Had reached out to Hugterra team, to return it, which they offerred to gift to someone and has also refunded me some amount. Thanks Hugterra team, for the prompt response and understanding my situation.

I love my Hugterra neck massager
I love my Hugterra neck massager. In fact I have bought 4 of them. I gave one to my daughter, one to my granddaughter and I kept an extra one for myself as a backup. If I go out of town I take it with me. It has really helped to relax the muscles in my upper back and I had something else I never expected. I had a hand surgery already scheduled because for months I had trouble with the tendons at the base of my thumb tightening up causing pain and not able to grip. Just a few days after using my Hugterra every day, I noticed I had no pain in my hand. I canceled my surgery and it has been several months now and my hand is still doing good. I’m very happy with my neck massager.

Excellent customer service
Although Hugterra didn't help my acute cervical spinal stenosis (surgery is my only option), their outstanding customer service team understood this and offered me a very fair refund for trying this device. I'm confident the Hugterra would give much relief to those whose issues aren’t as severe.

"Looks like a scam" hopefully it was only my concern!
The item has been ordered since September. The Hugterra staff had prolonged the delivery cause of my address, after two months of delay they asked for US address, after I provide them with US address they still play round with my order. No money which is back guaranteed is provided into my account! All this looked like scam. But now I'm waiting the order to be delivered in the right address in US after prompt answer from Hugterra that my claim is being processed through carrier GOFO and thanking also to 'trust pilot' I'm in good way to recapitulate my concerns and finally get the proper service I thought I've lost. Sorry for any inconvenience!

I ordered the neck massager
I ordered the neck massager, and unfortunately, it did not work for me as I needed it to. However, the company worked with me to meet a satisfactory and mutual situation where I would receive partial refund and I was able to pass off this massager as a gift to a friend Friend, who I believe this neck massager will work for her. Thank you Hugterra for the quick delivery, refunding part of my money, and allowing me to bless somebody else that deals with neck issues. I appreciate your customer service and your speedy delivery. Although this did not help my issue customer service was great in instructing me how to receive a refund. I will pass the item to someone else and hope it helps them!
