Once your older your free trial of lenses they automatically sign you up for a subscription. The only way to cancel this is by calling America and that’s after they’ve taken money from your account. DO NOT ORDER THE FREE TRIAL!! Scam!

After numerous attempts to STOP this purchase and returning unwanted prescriptions Hubble insist on sending lenses that are no longer suitable. Totally unacceptable and unauthorised payment withdrawals. Would NOT recommend this company. Very dissatisfied.

I received my package all banged up... The contact cases were all bent and leaking. Couldn't even use half of them! They didn't even offer to replace them! ***update*** They sent out new ones quickly! It was perfect! Thank you so much! They turned out really good!

I have put return to sender on the box 3 TIMES and am still be charged and sent new boxes!!!! I have emailed customer service and they tell me to return the unopened box and I will get a refund and my order will be cancelled....nothing yet. I am ready to take it up with the attorney general and the better business bureau 👎🏽😡😡
