Hubble is an absolute dumpster fire. They have been harassing me to write an honest review. Well, here's my review. Their customer service, quality of contact lenses, and subscription service are very poor. In fact, their customer service is amongst the worst I have ever received. You can't simply cancel your subscription online; you have to call their number. How does that work for people that are deaf? I e-mailed them and told them I needed them to cancel my subscription. They confirmed they administratively closed it on July 20th. I unexpectedly received another box within the past week or so. I asked them what had happened and they beat around the bush. They didn't have any answers or apologies and requested me to return the box with a prepaid shipping label. Hubble said they would provided a refund IF and only IF the package was received and passed their "inspection". I'm still waiting for a refund. The reason I canceled my subscription with Hubble is because of how terrible the quality of their outsourced Filipino customer service is and the terrible quality of their contact lenses. You have to be very gentle opening these contact lenses because the adhesive they use to seal the contact lenses is sporadically applied. You'll open the contact lens packaging and it's like they explode. I can't tell you how many mornings I've woken up to be jolted awake by exploding (and wasted) contact lenses. There are MUCH better choices out there for contact lenses. In fact, I switched to one of their well-known competitors, Waldo, and have been very pleased with their customer service and quality of contact lenses.

The contacts did not work for me. It felt like I was putting a piece of glass in my eye. The shipping took a long time but the customer service women I talked to from Hubble was great.

They are priced well but the contacts are not comfortable.

The customer service is great and the contacts were average. They started off fine in the morning but, they started to get really dry towards the afternoon and night. The price for these contacts is a little steep considering the quality of them, but if you're looking for a contact subscription: then this is fairly good. Canceling is definitely a hassle though. There's no reason for you to not be able to cancel your subscription through the website. It's annoying that you have to call a Mon-Fri/9-5 number: to cancel. The lady who canceled my subscription was quick, nice, and patient. Overall, the contacts were "meh", but the customer service was good.

I feel like the quality of the contacts varies from package to package. Some do not bother my eyes and others I cannot wear because they irritate my eyes so much.
