Dispute having to email customer service to have my contacts sent every month on the first, I continue to see it shipped no earlier than the 4th

shipped me wrong contacts and couldn't return ….I updated my prescription after an eye appt. They sent me the wrong contacts and said I couldn't return them. I called to cancel and the customer service agent asked me to mail pictures of the contact boxes and she would handle it. Email address she gave me didn't work. I called again and a different agent said to email her instead. I did and never heard back. I emailed again asking for an update and never heard back again

When I first started wearing this brand of contact they were okay. Unfortunately, I now find them to be super drying to my eyes and by the end of the day I have a terrible headache every time I wear these lenses.

Hubble Contacts are AWFUL for your eyes. I wore them everyday and they are not breathable contacts. Because of this I started to develop pterygium and started to make my retina detach. Thankfully my eye doctor caught it in time

You do not get notified when you're charged and you don't get a tracking email either. Contacts sre thick and not the most comfortable.

Love the auto ship. Comes when I decide, easy to adjust. Great quality contacts.

I had been receiving the contacts for about 6 mos and notices my sight getting worse so I called to cancel the same day they charge my credit card. When I called they said the card was charge an hour before and they would not refund the charge. So I went got new contacts and purchased additional one from the doctor.

I love the ease of Hubble Contacts. Get them in the mail, use them, and then more come...so simple, so easy!!
