Loved the cost and no problems with the contacts, but when my prescription expired it was nothing but a headache, gave then my new one and the web site wouldn't expect it, was told to make a new account, tried that unfortunately that person already Existed. Of course they did, it's me.. so frustrating had to go some where else

Can never, ever, ever cancel this or update anything once you start this auto pay - no customer service - total nightmare

For the first time since using hubble I had two boxes lost and I went almost two weeks without contacts. Although they tried to help I still had to wear my glasses for two weeks. I guess we have to blame the postal office but it still took time for new ones to be mailed out because I did contact before I ran out so we'll see how the next few months go

I have recommended this company to my contact wearing friends and family members. Why wouldn’t you purchase contacts from s company that provides high quality contacts with the correct prescription at a good price?

On hold forever any time I try to call their customer service line. No way to cancel subscription online. Because I can never get a customer service representative on the line, I am still being charged for contacts I no longer need or want.

Unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription because the contacts hurt my eyes. After about 1 hour of wearing them I could feel them in my eyes... which as you know I’m sure, you should never be able to FEEL your lenses. My eyes always felt dry. Sadly, I had to suffer all day with uncomfortable dry eyes. I couldn’t wait to rip them out of my eyes at the end of the day. I also noticed that when I took them out, within 2 mins they turned into a plastic dried out lens which tells me that they might not hold onto moisture too well. I hope the company can cater to people with drier eyes in the future. Or make better quality lenses that are more comfortable for the wearer.
