I had to order a starter pack because I have yet to receive my first month of my hydro contacts and I still haven't received them. It's been 2 months now
Response from Hubble ContactsDec 3, 2025
Hi Marisela! We're really sorry for the super long wait - two months is way too long to be left hanging. It looks like your order was for Skyhy, and unfortunately, it’s currently out of stock, and we don’t have a restock date just yet. We’ve gone ahead and issued a refund and canceled your subscription. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your end. Our customer service team will reach out to make sure everything is taken care of. Kind regards, The Hubble Contacts Team

The lack of communication is extremely disappointing. I’m not sure why an automated text or email can’t be sent out when the order ships, if there is an issue with the order, if there is information needed. It just seems lazy.
Response from Hubble ContactsDec 2, 2025
Hi Kirsten, we do send out order shipped confirmation emails, that is so strange you aren't receiving them! We're going to reach out to you privately and see if we can figure this out for you. We understand these are important! Kind regards, The Hubble Contacts Team
