I love the convenience of the contacts…
I love the convenience of the contacts and that they are auto shipped. However, I have had quite a few contacts that have had to be tossed out because something is wrong with them and they hurt in my eyes, so I will take it out and open a new one and that one is fine. Fortunately, they are shipped out in a timely manner so I do not run out, since I have to open two in a day, before the new batch arrives.

Terrible
Terrible! They are the incorrect contacts and I have sent them back to you for the past 8 months! They are the WRONG prescription and I am NOT going to pay for these. I have reached out to Customer Service and you have not gotten it right. So disappointed...:-(

Lately
Lately I have been receiving some contacts that are torn or pieces missing. Just lately it seems. Otherwise it has been good.

Concept is clever, product is poor
Service was fine, and concept is great, but the contacts themselves were pretty terrible quality. My eyes finally rebelled, and I went back to the more expensive B&L daily product. I am all about a convenient bargain, but with this product, you definitely get what you pay for, and I’m not willing to cut corners on my eye health and comfort. I only have two!
