They don’t dry my eyes out throughout the day as I use them and the shipping is fast and cute, however, they don’t make my vision be 10/10 as my other contacts do

Hi Daniela, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I am sorry to hear that you can't see clearly with our lenses. We recommend speaking to your eye care professional, who will be able to observe the lenses on you again. I really wanted to love Hubble after actively seeking out a good direct-to-consumer brand. I signed up for a trial and never received the lenses to this day, about a week later I started being charged £27 from a random business in NY (studio optix) which my bank picked up as fraudulent and of course I had no recollection of making a transaction to a company of this name in NY (I live in the UK) so they cancelled my card (pain in the butt). To this day, almost six weeks later they are still trying to charge that cancelled card daily. I've emailed to cancel and they say the only way to cancel is by calling a number. Screw that guys, shocking customer experience for a DTC brand that relies on an awesome customer experience.

I got an ulcer on my eye from having these contacts in for 1 day. My doctor said do not wear or buy these contacts. They dont allow your eye to breath. In fact they (the doctors) are trying to get them banned!!

Contacts were very uncomfortable and very fuzzy when I had put in the brand new prescription that I had got two hours earlier. Very very disappointing

I love the quality of the contacts and the Timely manner they arrived. When I ordered them I was under the impression that I would receive them once a mth. How they they arrived all at once and was a shock because the whole amount was taken out of my account. A warning would have been nice such as the contact saying they would all be shipped and charging the ful amount. Although I am enjoying That do have them all.
