I was very pleased with my contacts it was the first time I tried contacts and I love them the free trial was great and the price for quarterly was good and they arrived quickly i will continue to order from you thanks for the amazing service

You only sell contacts for people with…
You only sell contacts for people with normal eyes, I have astigmatism and don't trust to have these contacts in my eyes because they are not made for that.

Hi Anya, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. At this point, we are concentrating on selling daily lenses to individuals without astigmatism. We have found, however, that many patients with mild astigmatism (less than -1.00 cylinder) usually have positive experiences with our lenses. For patients with more significant astigmatism, we are planning to offer toric lenses for people with astigmatism soon. We've reached out to you via email with more information about this. Thank you! Overall Happy
4* Communication 3* for mixing things up into custom packages. ie try colours before you must buy (send 2-3 pairs as try one) to see if they are for you. Try other products this way too. 3* knowledgeable staff to deal with discussion regarding the product. Be able to answer questions. 3*provide and recommend a drop to prevent dryness and discomfort. 4* a travel kit to the customer that holds all of the needs a traveller could want, including drops, Containers to fill, according to your needs. 👩🏼👏🏻

Uncomfortable and a terrible product
Uncomfortable and a terrible product. I’ve done everything I needed to get my refund and haven’t even heard back from the company and it’s been over a week.

I did look into this for you and it looks like we’re still waiting to receive your package back at our warehouse. The contacts are easy to use, don't dry out too much, and it's easy to cancel shipments / restart as needed if you're like me and don't actually wear them every day and wouldn't need them as often as someone else. And I did the math, (cost would vary regionally obviously) but contact lenses where I live cost literally double what Hubble does, for no discernible reason. Same quality, and I'm not going broke trying to be able to see.

Decent
decent contacts but dry out after about 10 hours. Wish they would last a bit longer

You may find that over-the-counter rewetting drops may be a relief for dryness, if it doesn’t work, please visit your eye care professional to evaluate the cause and determine the best way to increase your contact lens wearing comfort.
