Unfortunately I’m not happy
Unfortunately I’m not happy with the product. I found they make my eyes very dry and they feel as if they are “bubbling” near the edges so my eyes are constantly irritated because they don’t fit flat. Be sure to read their return policy as well - I only wear contacts about once a week when playing sports and I wanted to give the contacts a fair shot by trying on a couple pairs. When I realized they just weren’t going to work and my eyes were irritated for hours free wearing them, I reached out to customer service to return them but I was beyond the time frame which I can understand however I’m not an everyday wearer so I wouldn’t have sped up the process. I wouldn’t suggest these unless you need them for an hour for events few and far between.

Their refund policy is sketchy
Their refund policy is sketchy. I followed the steps they gave me and they said it wasn't enough, so now I've shipped back the contacts and have not received my refund. So now I'm out over $100 and I still can't see

Same experience that many people have…
Same experience that many people have had - I had my credit card charged TWICE before receiving any contacts. I thought I would get my trial pair and be able to decide if I wanted to continue with Hubble. I was passed from department to department and finally told I could not got be refunded... then I had to call another department to cancel my subscription. all and all felt like a waste of time!

Hi Nicole, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I am sorry to hear that you did not receive the free box as expected. The free box was held at Canada customs for several days before it was handed over to the local post. Therefore, the delay occurred. Your first paid order is shipped 16 days after your initial two-week order is placed to ensure that you never run out - we make this information available on our website and during the sign-up process. All the tools necessary to skip and modify your subscription ship out dates are conveniently located in your account! We do always depend on how the subscription has been managed. Our email department doesn't have a platform to cancel a subscription that is why you were advised to call. We are always trying to improve our service, in every aspect, so feedback from customers like you is very much appreciated, and taken into consideration! All the best, Roxanne
