I gave one star because you can't give 0. I canceled after the first shipment and continue to be charged and receive contacts for over a year. I don't think there is any stopping these people. BEWARE!!!!

Hi Matthew, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m so sorry about this but it looks like your account is still active. I have had a chance to look into your tickets with our team, and I do see that we've provided you information on how to cancel and return the package for a refund on January 23. We do require you to call in to cancel your subscription, which is why our phone line is toll-free and does not cost you anything to call. To cancel, please call 1-844-746-9060 between 9 am and 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday. If there's anything we can help you with, just send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trustpilot" and my team will get back to you ASAP. Best, Samantha

I find their contacts to be cheaper than other companies but also lower quality: my eyes dry out quite quickly with Hubble contacts; the product is frequently inside out in the packaging; and about once a week I have to discard a lens because its immediately irritating - like it is the wrong shape for my eye. It is also frustrating that I have to email them to get a receipt to submit for my insurance and cannot go online to do it. Additionally, you cannot cancel online but have to call, which is frustrating because of the time difference.

contacts were very uncomfortable for the most part and it was hard to get the auto payment to stop. Thank you for creating something of easy access though.

All I ever wanted is my contacts delivered, hassle-free and that is what I get with Hubble. My last supplier had crap service, constant price changes etc. They were "Clearly" not for me. So far Hubble has delivered what was promised, they even offered a quartely payment and delivery plan that caters to my usage needs. Good American company.
