Slow shipping
Hubble contacts are great, but they are very slow and inconsistent with the shipping and delivery. I have to wait for almost a month to receive the boxes of contacts. Other than that the quality is great and doesn’t hurt at all.

Hi Jane, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m so glad that the lenses are working out for you, although, sorry to hear that you've had some gaps in your contact lens supply. That is frustrating, and part of what we are happy to offer is the convenient month to month delivery. For the time being, a solution would be to change the interval between charges to 26 days. This should help minimize the delivery time, to make up for weekends and other delaying factors. We'll continue to look into the issue on our end if you do not see an improvement.
