To be totally honest I was rather…
To be totally honest I was rather hesitant about ordering my contacts online. It just seemed very odd. I've been wearing contacts for 30yrs and I was happily surprised with the comfortable, fit and the price is affordable too.

The quality is not great
The quality is not great. They dry out quickly.

I've been trying to cancel my…
I've been trying to cancel my subscription for months and it is the most difficult thing to do. Just when it should be cancelled I get another parcel. It's an annoying process that has made me really dislike this company

Great service! Friendly and knowledgeable customer service agents. Quality contact lenses and punctual delivery. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who needs affordable contacts!!!

Bad help provided
Bad help provided, I asked for a refund after sending the box back to them and nothing happened, so I didn't get the right lenses either the money back.

Frozen Lens
I live in Canada... so my lens were frozen in my mail box outside. I throw them because they are blurring..

Not Great
I really do not like these contacts. They just dont feel "right", as compared with other dailies. They are dry and uncomfortable. They sometimes just pop out. I love the Hubble brand/idea. The subscription-style is awesome and the packaging is fun and cute. I only wish they were delivering a higher quality product.
