I've been getting my contacts fr Hubble for a couple of years. I really enjoy the quality of the lenses that is being used. Since I don't wear my contacts on a daily basis, my lenses do accumulate, and I am not concerned since I can stop the service at any time. Thank you to the Hubble Team!

I have been waiting 2 months for a refund on a package of contacts. Absolutely ridiculous. At this point, I’m doubtful I’ll ever see the money from this company. 130 dollars is an expensive lesson... will never use them again and would not recommend.

Terrible customer service. Orders take way too long to get to destination (20+ days to Canada). When had an issue with shipping after a year of being a loyal customer, was not helped in the slightest and told to basically figure it out myself.

I have never had worse contacts. They do not stay in my eyes, halfway through the day one or both of them end up falling out. Their customer service is even worse, and they won’t refund you if you don’t receive your package or even if they just charged you with enough time to cancel, so make sure this is a purchase you want to make.
