Keep taking money even after been told not to. Had to cancel my credit card to stop them . Still trying and sending emails absolute joke of a company

I would give zero if I could. Not only you decide to take a payment on a different date than I specifically chose, 2 months early, but I sent it right back and Still haven't received my refund! What a service, truly amazed how this works

I was charged improperly. I cancelled my subscription, but was charged years later. There phone customer service is pathetic.

Huge fan, Means I never have to think about running out of contact lenses. Cost effective and comfy lenses. I think in the whole time (>1y) that I've used them I've maybe had 1 or 2 lenses that had a defect which is really good as I wear lenses for long durations daily.

They charged a card that was already turned off, and I get it. It was an automated payment but that shouldn’t have happened. And on top of that I got an email stating my account was canceled due to my eye doctor not approving it but they still took out the 40 dollars and told me that there’s no refunds or returns but when I googled it it said if you return it within 15 days you can get a full refund? I just want to get to the bottom of this because all of this is ridiculous and I just want my money back.
