The contacts are good but the ordering and managing subscriptions is not user friendly. Would be much better to receive a confirmation when your order is complete, and reminders if one needs to reorder or cancel an order.

I was very disappointed to give up this service. I kept asking the whereabouts of my lenses and was fobbed off twice, being told to wait the full delivery term. Only after this was I informed that there had actually been a problem at dispatch. By this stage I was wearing old glasses and experiencing headaches. I’ve returned to an another online provider, for branded lenses, only £4 dearer a month but does next day delivery. Much happier now.

They dried out very fast only got about 5 hours out of each pair

The most uncomfortable contact lenses I've ever worn also happen to be the most overpriced contact lenses I've ever worn. No option to cancel subscription without calling them up, so I cancelled my direct debit and I got an email EVERY SINGLE DAY trying to get me to renew. Horrible.

Customer service and quality of lenses are super poor. Prescriptions lenses are totally worth the price.

A bit of a con. I didn't realise that I was signing up to a subscription. The lenses received were the wrong prescription so I couldn't use them and I couldnt return them if you apparently already opened the outer packaging (the postage box not the actual box of lenses). Then when I tried to cancel I was still receiving the lenses and they were still deducting it from my account. In the end I had to request for my bank to stop the payments. Now I have several unopened boxes of the wrong lenses which I can't wear or return. Total waste of money. Never again. I'd give a zero if I could.

Very Comfortable, tried a few other brands before trying Hubble and they just didn’t feel comfortable. Easily recommended
