They won’t allow you to cancel the subscription through email, you will have to call them at inconvenient times and they will place you on hold for hours. The contacts are dry and feel terrible. Reply to Samantha: There is no reason to have your customers call when they can provide all the necessary information over email, it is simply a way for you to get away with another monthly subscription for people that you wouldn’t have otherwise had. Very sad from a company that claims they’re here to provide cheaper alternatives to contacts.

Uncomfortable and Dry Contacts These contacts are very uncomfortable and dry. Many of them hurt as soon as you put them in, sometimes I have to take the contacts out immediately. They are not any cheaper than most other brands of much better quality. A positive note is that the contacts were always delivered on time.

En mi caso la experiencia ha sido bastante positiva. Pedí la cajita de prueba y me encantó, la calidad me pareció mil veces mejor que otras marcas que había probado como Loopas... Me suscribí a la caja mensual, y nunca he tenido problemas con el envío. Como no las uso todos los días se me iban acumulando, así que cambié el pedido para que las enviasen cada dos meses, hicieron caso y así me llegaron. Ahora mismo a pesar de retrasar los envíos de me ha mandado ido acumulándose varias cajas, así que he decidido cancelar mi suscripción por el momento, en unos meses seguramente vuelva a hacer un pedido. Me han cogido el teléfono a la primera y me han cancelado la suscripción sin ningún tipo de pega. Con esto quiero decir que seáis cautos a la hora de opinar, no sombra estafadores, ofrecen un servicio con unas condiciones. Esto es una empresa y con comentarios así dejáis bastante que desear, cuesta mucho crecer en este sector y hay que valorar que existan este tipo de empresas que nos lo ponen un poquito más fácil. Meine fristgerechte Kündigung wurde ignoriert, kurz darauf wurde meine Kreditkarte nochmals mit fast 30€ belastet. Unbedingt daran denken, das bei Paypal untergeschobene Abo ebenfalls zu stornieren! Meine persönlichen Erfahrungen haben mich mit dem Gefühl hinterlassen, von dieser Firma gezielt in eine Falle gelockt worden zu sein um dann betrogen zu werden. Die Lieferung ist nämlich auch noch immer nicht da. So ein Zufall!
