Scam!! I cancelled this straight away as the contacts did not sit right in my eye and I removed my bank details. One year later they used my email address and re started my subscription by charging me via payPal without my permission!! I hadn’t even logged in or amended this for over a year and randomly was charged £27.00 , do not purchase from them!

I don’t even want to give them a star. For whoever sees my post, please don’t buy. It’s a scam! Their contact lenses don’t work at all. My vision got even blurrier with them on! (I have a prescription from my doctor). I found that I was charged 40 dollars yesterday. They didn’t say anything about the subscription when I first tried the trail. I called the custom service to ask for a refund but they said I can’t because it’s medical product. So I asked the lady on the phone if they can ship me some new lenses because I couldn’t just paid 40 dollars for nothing!!!! Those lenses do not work and I can’t see with them on!! These lenses certainly don’t worth 40 dollars because they are making my vision worse. She said there is no way that she can help me. I reported them on the FTC website. Please let me know if anyone knows what I can do about this.

Hubble is THEE most horrible retail dealer EVER! In the middle of a PANDEMIC you decide to cancel my contacts for lack of a new prescription?! Seriously?! You effectively denied me a MEDICALLY necessary item for my life!! My prescription hasnt changed in 20 years! I wouldn't have minded if you did this at ANY other time but while ALL, EVERY SINGLE Eye doctor is closed by law, you decided to want a new script?! UNBELIEVABLE! It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to live day to day without my contacts. I can NOT drive with my glasses so I would be house bound! 1-800-CONTACTS took care of me so you all can go F#@K yourselves!

I honestly can’t give them a one star They are terrible contacts!! I bought them once or twice for me and my husband haven’t received anymore since then because I called and cancel. Then this morning they charged me for no apparently reason. They told me I’m still receiving the contacts and I can’t return them. Again terrible contacts and service don’t buy from them!!!! They have some 5 star reviews but they are from 200 people ( and they probably work for the company) I never ever do a review but I will because I don’t this to happen to anyone else. The contacts are horrible by the way because they dry up faster and takes forever to pop them in your eye. Been wearing contacts for a little over ten years.
