I don’t do business with companies that won’t cancel over the internet no matter how happy I am with that service. EDIT TO RESPONSE: Noooooope. That's a shady business practice and I won't do business with you. Ever.

Hi Christian, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. It's great to hear that the subscription service has been working out for you, but we do require you to call in to cancel your subscription, which is why our phone line is toll-free and does not cost you anything to call. If you'd like to skip or push off an upcoming delivery, please log into your account to view and edit your delivery schedule until you can complete the cancellation call. If you have questions or need help doing any of this, don't hesitate to reach out to my team at [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trust Pilot" --we're happy to offer assistance! All the best, Samantha
