Worst contacts ever and hard to cancel subscription online. You need to call toll free number and they are always closed

My contacts always come on time as expected. I find they don't stay moist through a longer shift at work around 12-13 hrs but that's my only complaint. I wonder if they could start using a type of recyclable plastic? Sometimes I feel guilty using so many one-time-use containers that go in the trash.

AWFUL. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Terrible contacts. Hurt my eyes all day and made my eyes so irritated they would be crusted shut the morning after wearing them (did not sleep in them). I was wearing thedaily contacts as directed. If I accidentally fell asleep in them they would burn my eyes so bad I would wake up crying and they were terrible to get out at that point. Couldn't see out of them most of the time and they fell out a lot. I got several contact thats were defective right out of the package. Wrong curvature and wouldn't stay in my eyes. I tried them for a couple months and they just got worse. I have tried to cancel my subscription multiple times. I thought it went through finally because I stopped receiving contacts, but then I got an email saying my credit card was declined? What??? Their customer service is terrible. I would NEVER recommend these to anyone EVER there is nothing good about this brand. Waste of my time and money and horrible for my eyes. My vision has considerably worsened after switching to this brand. I guess there is a reason why they don't let you leave reviews on their own website. Looks like I'm not the only one who has had issues. Maybe it's a scam? Stay away! Hopefully this review saves someone else from going through this trouble with this dodgy/untrustworthy company and this crappy product.

I have been reaching out for a refund since the lenses irritates my eyes. Well, it makes my eyes red!!! Anyways, I received my package July 19, 2019 and then shipped it back to the factory on July 21,2019. The post refused to give me proof of shipping since it has a form attached to the unopened box. By then, I should have received a refund yet nothing. It has been eight months without any updates. It cost me $118 for it. NOT WORTH IT.

I like them, I honestly do. The one thing I can not stand though (with any company) are automatic payments. I still have unused contacts that are sitting waiting to be used. So this morning I go to check my account and to my surprise I have some money missing. I tried canceling through email but at the time I didn't have a phone at the time and in the email I specifically wrote that I would buy them manually when I needed them yet here I am wondering what I'm going to do with contacts that I probably won't need for another month or 2 as I don't wear them everyday. Great company but the auto payment features,the fact you have to cancel over the phone....even though they do respond to email and do not give refunds is really horrible in my opinion. Sooooo since I can't get a refund I guess I'll just be staring at a box of contacts until I need them. Thanks....Hubble

Update: I contacted the customer service department as recommended. We discovered I simply had gotten the 1.25 prescription when I needed the -1.25. After quite a few emails back and forth, they did eventually send me the correct lenses. The lenses themselves are very moisturizing and comfortable to wear all day! I was pretty bummed with these contacts. I ordered the ones you wear daily. They felt extremely soft and moisturizing but they made my vision completely blurry. They were the correct prescription which I've worn for 13 years and I've also used multiple brands which have always worked. I tried to cancel via email. They emailed me back quickly with a long email saying sorry it didn't work yada yada yada. Unfortunately, I didn't read to the end which said I had to call to cancel so I got charged again. 🙄 I told the guy on the phone that they made my vision blurry but he didn't offer any solution. It is a big bummer to be out money and have nothing to show for it.
