Do not buy these contacts for the life of you. I bought these contacts believing that they would be a good cheap alternative. Not only are they uncomfortable and awful, but the customer service is terrible. After being charged $39 for my first box after the free trial and not realizing until a few days later and speaking to customer service rep Christine they were no help. We are in the midst of a pandemic and many of us, including me, have been laid off or have less working hours. Instead of being empathetic and understanding Christine did not care. After seeing many people receiving refunds after posting reviews and mentioning this to the rep she still did not care. $39 is a lot of money and now I’m concerned about how to pay for utilities this month. Never have I been more frustrated with a companies lack of empathy and understanding. In customer service you can always DO something and them choosing not to do anything is not only alarming, but disgusting. I will be canceling my subscription immediately and I cannot even use my contacts because they were shipped to my apartment at my University and since the state of Virginia is under strict orders I cannot drive 4 hours to retrieve them. That means not only am I out $39, but also have no contacts to make up for it. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Haven't received any of my contacts (two orders of $40) besides the initial $1 box. UPS transfers them to the post office and then the post office has zero record of it despite my showing them the tracking number. Be wary!!!!!
