Unethical company - Do not give them your card details

Do not give your credit card information to Hubble by signing up for a sample. I was charged $39 for a subscription I had not authorized. I initially signed up for a sample through an Instagram ad, which did not contain any information that my card information would be stored and used to automatically enter me into a subscription service without my consent. I also did not activate an account with Hubble. Furthermore, Hubble should be reported to the AOA (American Optometric Association) because they do not follow standard procedures to verify contact prescriptions. They did not call my optometrist or ask me for my prescription. Search AOA + Hubble Contacts on Google to find more. ***UPDATE Hubble *continues* to try and charge my card even after I triple confirmed my cancellation. This company is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with.

After your first trial shipment of contact lenses, Hubble does become a subscription service if you don't decide to cancel - we make this information available on our website and during the sign-up process which you agreed to at checkout when you placed your original order and created your subscription. Here is where I must let you know that we mention on our site and in our Terms that you're required to have a valid Hubble Contacts prescription for these lenses or doctor's approval upon verification and that the order placed must match the information on the prescription distributed by the eye care professional. The order verification process is the eye care professional's opportunity to deny the order or provide a correction to the order information provided by the customer.
