Hubble has been a blessing, especially without access to affordable healthcare. I’m still able to buy contacts every month and SEE. Before Hubble I was wearing one pair of contacts for almost two years...thank you for being affordable and helping me see!

The Hubble service is quick. I received my contacts sooner than expected and they had my vision correct. I love the service even with autoship. Covid slowed me down. I can't wait to get back on track so I can go back to contacts.

They won’t let me cancel the subscription even though I just wanted to try the service for one month. Once I realized the fit was just not for me, I’ve tried cancelling multiple times in multiple ways. Since they are holding my wallet hostage, I need to remember to log in every 3 months to keep skipping shipments since they also won’t let me skip indefinitely. I would highly recommend using another online contacts source like Warby Parker unless you are 100% sure these contacts will work for you; there’s no turning back.

Timely deliveries. No hassles. The contacts very super comfortable and breathable for me eyes. I have really dry eyes and I did not find my eyes getting more dry due to wearing the contacts. I would definitely recommend wearing them.

Hubble is a great deal! Pros: they come to me, I don't have to reinvent the wheel to receive the contacts. I have very poor vision and they have my strength. Cons: They don't remind you they are coming so you have to remember to go online in order to skip a month. This next con is a personal one, the lens does not fit my eye the best, but it works.

The majority of our customers use us to manage their subscription online where they have access to skipping orders on their account page and changing the frequency of deliveries.
